A Natural Decongest: The Pulse Point Breathe Easy Candle

You’d think it’s a funny time of the year to be talking about our breathe candle, but coughs, colds, sniffles’ and hay fever never seem to stop when you have kids.

I created the breathe candle for my daughter who suffers from chronic night time coughing. The constant coughing was leaving her teary, drained and exhausted.

Needless to say she was struggling, and so was our family... So necessity is the mother of invention, right? Right. So I got busy and created a natural decongestant pulse point candle that contains carefully selected essential oils, known for their decongestant, antiseptic, antibacterial, anti inflammatory and expectorant properties.

Contains Essential Oils of Lemongrass, Ginger, Peppermint, Lavender, Eucalyptus, Clove, Cinnamon and Wintergreen.

I leave it burning in her room 15 minutes before bedtime. When she’s in bed I rub the melted eco soya wax (melts into oil) onto her chest temples and the soles of her feet.

Finally peaceful sleep for us all and a happy little girl.

Works great on Mums and Dads too.
