The promotional photo clearly has a nipple on the applicator. That is what you would expect with a balm, so it gently squeezes out. Mine arrived without a nipple, and it’s a squirter, because it’s an oil. So be careful using the pump. Nice scent. You can especially smell the frankincense. Nice mild warming feeling. Jury is still out on its results. I won’t be buying it again. Try the muscle and stress spray, it’s magic!
