Cleanse: Begin with a clean, dry face.

Massage: Gently massage in circular motions for 1-2 minutes until the gel balls up, lifting dead skin cells. Focus on rough or dull areas. 

Rinse: Rinse with lukewarm water. 

Moisturise: Follow with Advance Anti-Ageing Day & Night Cream. Use 1-2 times weekly, adjusting for skin type. Always apply sunscreen the next day.
