How to Use

Roll gently onto the temples, wrists and back of the neck.

Use 1–2 rolls per area, then pause, breathe deeply and allow the calming aromatherapy ritual to help signal the nervous system to slow down. Reapply as needed.

• Temples: Roll gently in small circles to help quieten the mind.
• Back of neck: Roll along the base of the skull and neck to help release tension.
• Wrists: Roll onto the inner wrists, rub together lightly and take a few calm breaths.

Recommended for ages 5+ with adult supervision. Patch test on the inner arm and wait 24 hours before first use.
