Apply the Foam: Add 3-4 pumps into your hand. Lather and massage the face and neck area for 30-60 seconds, avoiding your eyes. Rinse thoroughly with warm water. 
Dry and Moisturise: Gently pat dry with a soft, clean towel. Shaving after cleansing allows the razor to glide more smoothly over your skin, reducing the risk of cuts and razor burn. Alternatively, follow with moisturizer and/or serum to restore your skin's natural moisture. Skipping this step can result in dryness and irritation, leading to more inflammation. 
Repeat: Use this routine both morning and night for optimal results

Gently apply a few pumps (or more as required) to the face, neck, and décolletage area. 
Massage in an upward sweeping motion.

Natural Man Nightly Face Hydration 
Use a pea-sized amount: Always apply to a freshly cleansed and moist face. 
Apply evenly: All over your forehead, under eye area, cheeks, nose, and chin, extending down to your neck. 
Massage gently: Use your fingertips to massage in upward and outward motions.

Natural Man Eye Cream 
Apply after serum but before Daily Face Moisturiser & Nightly Face Hydration.
Apply a small amount to the bony eye orbit, not on the delicate eyelid area. Lightly pat or massage from inner corner of the eye to the outer corner. This allows the eye cream to absorb fully into the delicate skin around the eyes without interference.

Natural Man Resurfacing Gel Facial Exfoliator 
Cleanse: Start with a clean, very dry face. 
Apply: Place a small amount of the gel on your fingertips and apply it to your face, avoiding the eye area. 
Massage: Using circular motions, massage for 1-2 minutes. As you massage, the gel will begin to ball up and lift dead skin cells. Focus on areas with rough skin texture, dullness, or congestion. 
Rinse: Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water. 
Moisturise: Follow with Surmanti FACIAL WHIP NIGHT TIME HYDRATION. 
Use 1-2 times a week, adjusting based on your skin type. Always apply sunscreen during the day after use.

Apply Body Hydrator: Take a small amount of hydrator in your hands. The amount may vary depending on the thickness and dryness of your skin. Warm it between your palms to make it easier to apply. 
Apply to Your Body: Apply to areas where your skin is driest or most exposed, such as your arms, legs, chest, and back. Use circular motions to ensure even coverage. Pay extra attention to rough or dry areas like elbows, knees, and feet. Allow the hydrator to absorb into your skin before getting dressed. This helps lock in moisture and prevents any residue from transferring to your clothes. 
Use Daily: For best results, use the hydrator daily, ideally after your shower or bath. This helps maintain hydration and keeps your skin looking healthy and smooth. 
Adjust According to Season: In colder or drier seasons, you may need to apply a thicker layer to combat dryness. 
This routine will keep your skin well-hydrated. soft, and healthy-looking.

Natural Man Body Wash 
Wet skin in the shower or bath. Lather body wash on your hands and apply directly to skin or use a loofah or a washcloth. Rinse off and pat body dry with a towel.
