Sorry to put poor as I don't know how to use this produce. Also the sleep Relax, do you spray it up your nose, in your mouth?? Also how long before bed and what amounts.

No worries at all. The Relax blend is for inhaling the aroma only — not for spraying in your nose/mouth, eating, or on skin.
A few easy ways to use it:
In your ultrasonic diffuser before bed
Lightly misted on your pillow or sheets
A couple drops on a tissue or cotton ball near you
Or just open the bottle and take a few gentle breaths
