First time customer + I literally never leave reviews but…
Oh my goodness, I had actually never heard of Surmanti before + only came across this wonderful company’s products last week when I went to purchase more of my favourite hand lotion from The Body Shop + discovered their NZ shops have fully closed. I spent a couple of hours researching where I could get similar products + I eventually resorted to Chat GPT which suggested Surmanti. I am so fussy with my hand creams, I need them to absorb fully with no greasy/oily residue, have an amazing powerful fruity smell + ideally be organic. I couldn’t decide what flavour I wanted so I took full advantage of their 15% discount off your first order + purchased four! Black Raspberry + Vanilla, Pear + Passionflower, Mango Papaya + Coconut + Vanilla Caramel (I’m a sucker for anything vanilla). Their shipping is ridiculously fast so it arrived asap + I even received a personal hand written ‘Thank you’ with the order! Coming from a background in Senior Customer Service roles this actually means a lot to me, it definitely makes you feel super special 🕊️ Now wholey guacamoley these are ALL incredibly amazing hand creams, I can’t decide which ones my favourite.. they all are!! They aren’t wrong when they say that “a little goes a long way”, I’ve never used much when I apply hand crème but this takes the cake, you honestly need a micro amount + it lasts forever too (I was my hands a lot, I’ve washed them three times already + it still smells extremely strong). They each smell insanely divine that words can’t even express + the packaging is stunning. Surmanti is now going to be my first go to to buy gifts for friends + whanau not to mention myself..! These are my new obsession + I won’t be going anywhere without at least one with me that’s for sure.
