BATH - Adding Surmanti Black Seed Massage Oil to your bathing ritual will provide your skin with much needed moisture. Add 4 pumps into running water whilst filling the bath to ensure the oil disperses evenly. Fill bath with enough warm water to cover your body so you can relax. Soak in the oil-infused water for 10 to 15 minutes to reap the maximum benefits of the essential oils. Towel dry pat rather than wipe to avoid removing all the oils.

MASSAGE - Pour into the palm of your hand to warm. Apply as required. Physical contact may lessen depression, lower blood pressure and even improve immunity according to a Cedars-Sinai study published.
