Apply to forehead temples, under nostrils, throat, chest, and upper back. Combine with simple massage techniques. Safe for the family. 

To ease Stuffy Nose and Chest Congestion – Massage your cheekbones, nose, and temples to relieve congestion and other cold symptoms. Apply a small amount to tips of index and middle fingers. Massage gently but firmly. Start at the bridge and sides of the nose, then slide fingers outwards under the cheekbones to the ears. Apply a dab under each nostril and rub in an outward motion to the sides of the face. Back chest and throat apply to tips of four fingers. Massage into skin gently but firmly in circular movements. 

To ease nausea and headaches caused by sinus infection and allergies. Apply a small amount to tips of four fingers. Massage gently but firmly. Start at the centre of your forehead, between your eyebrows, slide your fingers outward towards temples. Massage the temples in small circular movements, then move down toward the outer edge of the cheekbones. Apply a dab under each nostril and rub in an outward motion to the sides of the face. Repeat each movement 3 times.
